At M42 Engineering, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be in their original condition and include all hardware, accessories, and packaging.

Custom or made-to-order products (including certain 3D-printed parts) are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective, or damaged product).

Exchanges:

We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

To request an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
